This policy explains what Donald Proctor, trading as Rippy Productions (Birmingham, Alabama, United States), collects when you use our software, and what we do with it.
What we collect

What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your content with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not use your private content to train our own models.
Who we share with
We share data only with service providers needed to run the business: Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for network delivery, and Hostinger for server hosting. Some product features send your request to third-party model or search providers in order to fulfil it. Each processes data under its own terms.
Retention
We keep account and usage records for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your account and associated content at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by emailing admin@wingmanprotocol.com. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we honour those requests regardless of location.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. API keys can be revoked and reissued on request. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data and will notify affected users promptly of any breach that materially affects them.
